Our 4Cs Leadership Pillar
The 4Cs of effective leadership is a development framework for young leaders. Inspired by Cote and Gilbert’s research into effective coaching principles, they leverage insights from professional athletes and coaches, with a holistic ‘On and Off’ the field approach.
Leaders of Evolution’s 4Cs pillar was established in conjunction with our learning framework to provide a clear definition for teachers, coaches and students of what it means to be an ‘effective leader’, in addition to providing a simple structure that inspires personal growth.
Our 4Cs framework encourages leadership and personal development through Competence, Confidence, Character and Connectedness.
Leaders of Evolution strives to support students, young athletes and professionals in developing the skills and tools they need to navigate their current environments as well as future ones.
