Why blended & tailored learning ?

Let us tailor a program to suit the needs of your students and your school community.

We know that all schools have slightly different needs and therefore a one size fits all approach isn’t appropriate. When working with the Leaders of Evolution team on a blended or tailored leadership program you will be able to identify exactly what you require for your students and let the Leaders team take care of the rest.

We believe in a student centred approach to learning, collaborating with them to understand what they desire to learn on their leadership journey. Our approach with schools is to understand your needs and our flexible delivery options provide scope to ensure we reach the desired outcomes.

Our blended learning programs comprise an e-learning component combined with face to face facilitation, whilst our tailored option is completely face to face. Regular Skype check in’s, session report and recommendations and ongoing communication combine to deliver a learning program destined to improve practice in your school and prepare your students for their future.
