At Leaders of Evolution, we have carefully created an e-Learning Hub in which each student is provided with their very own learner profile. Within their learner profile, students will have access to all of their courses on any device, anywhere, and anytime. Not only does this learner profile provide students with course access, but they will be able to see the certificates they earn following the completion of a course. In addition to course access on their learner profile, students will be able to engage with the numerous Free Taster Courses we have to offer. 

Learner Profile

The creation of this learner profile is simple. Following your school’s purchase of our courses, you will be instructed to complete the login material which includes school/organisation and name. From there, you will have total access to all that our e-Learning Hub has to offer and can begin learning skills that will inspire visible growth in your interpersonal and communication abilities. To amplify leadership performance, Leaders of Evolution provides students with a variety of Toolkits ranging from LinkedIn advice to Self-Reflection resources.

How Do Our Courses Work?

To make the transition to our e-learning program as seamless and simple as possible, we have created five easy steps to implement our courses. We make learning skills that inspire the career-ready leaders of tomorrow as fun and engaging as possible.

Step 1: Choose Your Course

You can select either the Building the Mindset for Workplace Excellence or Igniting the Leaders of Tomorrow course. Once you have done so, you can utilise our “Online Teacher Introduction” Course through your learner profile to hear advice from experienced teachers and members of the Leaders of Evolution team. 

Our step-by-step guide prepares teachers to deliver the most engaging classroom experience through a smooth transition with the launch of the course. Additionally, teachers will receive a Certificate of Completion and recognise one hour of Professional Learning. 

Step 2: Plan & Prepare

We have carefully designed a “Customer Success Toolkit” to support the successful implementation of our career-ready courses, providing handy tips, curriculum breakdown, and a 12-month delivery timeline. 

Our simple and effective Goal Setting & Self-reflection framework, available on your learner profile, will also help to equip you in achieving and surpassing your school’s priorities, as well as promoting the proper application of student leadership. 

Step 3: Implement

At Leaders of Evolution, we design our courses in a way that challenges students to apply their learning into authentic real-world contexts. This inspires tangible growth in performance in terms of their leadership capabilities and ensuring that your students are truly learning skills that will help them succeed. 

Our E-learning Hub will provide you with readily available resources, such as teacher lesson plans, assessment matrix and learning tools all designed to enhance students across the 4 C’s- Competence, Confidence, Character and Connectedness. 

Step 4: Validate

Our termly check-in and supporting tools ensure that your school stays on track and maximises their student leadership goals throughout the courses. These simple and efficient online reports within the learner profile also help you to track and measure the progress of your students.
