Damian brings a wealth of teaching, coaching, leadership and management expertise to the business. A teaching and education Bachelor graduate from LaTrobe University Bendigo, Damian has a deep passion for learning and the development of others.
Damian’s career trajectory is reflective of this passion having spent eight years in the education field in Victoria and London teaching in the classroom and physical education setting.
Fiercely passionate about the inherent value of sport, coaching and physical activity this first period of Damian’s professional career propelled him into coach development and leadership roles with the Australian Sports Commission and Netball Australia for the next seven years.
Now as Co-founder, Director of Learning and Development at Leaders of Evolution, Damian is able to combine these passions to have a positive influence on both young people and adult learners across the fields of education, sport and business.
He drives the development and delivery of all learning content and through the use of E-learning and blended learning approaches is able to deliver a 21st century learning experience for the people Leaders of Evolution work with.
Damian embodies the company value of ‘Relentless in the pursuit of knowledge’ and is currently completing a Masters of Sports Coaching through the University of Queensland.
Damian resides in Melbourne and is a life-long Hawthorn Football Club supporter.

Jon has established a unique professional skill-set from 20 years global experience as an elite athlete and professional, working in the sport management and business fields.
Jon graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Sports Management. In 2015, Jon completed Post Graduate studies in Elite Athlete Mentoring from the Australian College of Applied Psychology and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Victoria University.
As a student-athlete in the US Collegiate System, Jon played over 120 basketball games and had the privilege to represent Australia at the 2003 World University Games in South Korea.
Jon’s passion for sport enabled a long-standing career that included leadership roles and valuable experiences in Hebei (China), Sydney, Townsville, Melbourne, Auckland (New Zealand) and Doha (United Arab Emirates).
As a long-standing employee of the Australia Sports Commission Jon demonstrated effective leadership successfully delivering projects at the local, state and national level. Jon’s ongoing thirst for individual and team development propelled him into developing key internal and external relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Now as Co-founder, Director of Business Operations and Development at Leaders of Evolution, Jon is able to leverage his diverse skill-set to positively impact the team and clients across all sectors of the business. Jon business acumen drives the growth of Leaders of Evolution communications, marketing, operations and innovation portfolios.
Jon’s connection with indigenous Australia continues after 8 consective years as a volunteer team leader for Red Dust Role Models.
Jon resides on the Gold Coast and is currently learning to surf.

Yvonne is an accomplished educator with over 15 years’ experience working in both Australia and the UK.Since graduating from Deakin University with Bachelor degrees in both Teaching and Applied Science (Human Movement).
During her time at the Australian Sports Commission, Yvonne led teams to deliver numerous projects aimed at increasing and improving the delivery of sport and physical education programs in schools and was a passionate advocate of coach education and the game sense philosophy of coaching.
She is passionate about developing people and has demonstrated her leadership capacity and flexibility when working with various stakeholders and in varied environments including teachers, coaches and students.
Since 2015 Yvonne has established a thriving consultancy business, supporting small business, sporting organisations and not for profits with her knowledge in coach development and education.
Yvonne is a superb facilitator and assists the Leaders of Evolution team with the delivery of blended learning programs and learning resource development. Her wide ranging networks also allow Yvonne to effectively manage the role of Business Development Consultant for the team.
Yvonne resides on the Mornington Peninsula and loves Collingwood Football Club.

Born and raised in Queensland, Australia Tony is a highly accomplished professional coach, educator and leader with over 20 years international experience in the high performance sporting environment.
Graduating from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Education, Tony’s professional journey began in Queensland as a teacher where he also oversaw Rugby programs at Nudgee College and Anglican Church Grammar School.
His passion for coaching and education has taken him on a global professional tour where he has held roles as head coach and director of coaching in Australia, Japan and Ireland.
Famously, Tony led Munster Rugby to win the 2010-11 Celtic League Grand Final. He has played a role with the Wallabies as defensive coach, coached the Melbourne Rebels from 2013 – 2017 and in late 2017 took on the role of Senior Assistant Coach at the Queensland Reds.
Being appointed as Munster Director of Rugby at the age of 35 allowed Tony the opportunity to oversee, create, refine and experience many different leadership models, high performance programs and experiences in professional sport. Tony is passionate about developing athletes on-field and off and has demonstrated on-going commitment and leadership of all stakeholders in both the high performance and community environments.
Reflecting his ambition for personal growth and learning Tony is currently studying a course in real estate and has delivered programs for Leaders of Evolution challenging our corporate clients to establish meaningful values and behaviours within their organisations.
Tony’s experience in education, coaching and in developing effective organisation protocols designed to inspire high levels of performance make him a valued member of the Leaders of Evolution team.
Tony resides in Brisbane and is currently finishing qualifications in financial management.
